Individual Therapy

I offer an interactive style of therapy that includes:

  • Active listening skills
  • Non-judgmental inquiry
  • Reflection of self-limiting thoughts and behaviors
  • Feedback on discrepancies of thoughts, feelings and behaviors
  • Feedback and reinforcement of strengths
  • Skills to aid and deepen emotional awareness and blocks
  • Interventions and interpretations that increase awareness of personality patterns and of the impact of childhood issues.

Sessions can include practicing new behaviors; Homework and reading can be suggested as well.
